1.  We provide our customers with consulting service on their led display project and controlling system, with tech data, specification of display, supporting equipment, functions design, and advice on ambient effect. A comprehensive solution will be provided.

2.  A complete set of technical documents and manuals for display, supporting  equipment and for maintenance will be provided including:

* Installation Instruction on mechanical and electrical parts of the display project

* Quality Certificate

* Safety standard for display installation and operation

* Instruction on display installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance

* Quality Assurance, Inspection Report and Approval on display

* Drawing for display assembling

3.  A display will be fabricated on basis of customer's requirement for the whole display system. Before shipment, running test of the system monitored by a computer will be performed.

4.  Configuration drawing on display and advice on installation will be provided upon request. An engineer can be sent to assist installation in case of necessity.

5.  Providing our customers with free training on led display system operation and maintenance in terms of:

• Operation Training which covers controlling system introduction, operational procedure, program producing and field operation practice.
• Maintenance Training which covers inspection on parts of display system, coordinating of controlling system and repair as well as fault clearance.

6.  We provide one year warranty for our all products and will render service at lower cost after warranty period.

7.  We suggest our customers to prepare certain spare parts of the display. In case of any breakdown of the display panel, faulty spare parts can be replaced on the field so that the working of display will not be interrupted.

8.  Customer file will be established and periodical check will be performed. Complain and suggestion from customers will be responded within one working day. We will never stop improving our products and service in order to deliver the maxmum value to our customers.
