System Structure
This is the general information publishing software. It helps you easily edit and distribute media information to all types of display screens. It manages various displays with the same interface; helps users edit and play media information more easily. This system also supports network operation, automatic scheduling, shortcuts control, and external control interface, etc.
e provide different versions for the system for meeting your need in multimedia publishing:
- Stand-alone Version: You can use both EDITOR and PLAYER software on the same computer, which is directly connected to a display device for info publishing.
- Network Version: In case you have several display devices controlled by different computers, you can connect these computers into a local area network, and install PLAYER software on each computer. In this way, you can use EDITOR on any computers within the LAN to control all the other computers as well as all the display devices. This version makes it much easier for managing different displays that are located in different places.
- Advanced Network Version: On basis of Network Version, a function for level account management is added. Each user controls only the display devices he has access to. All users can publish information independently and the info will be shown on the display devices alternately. The administrator can delete any info published by any user.
WEB Version: In some cases, your display devices are located in different industrial areas or residential areas that you can’t connect them within a LAN. Thus you can use this Web Version to
- control all devices by mean of webpage browser. Set the time in advance for information to be published, and our transfer server will do the job automatically.
Main Features
The Basic Function
· Display screen can be divided into different parts and each part may show different content. Or set Multi-functional parts on the display screen at same time and show the content by sequence.
· Support all generally used media formats: videos, video signal, Flash cartoon, image, text, MS Word doc, MS Excel sheet, MS PowerPoint presentation, database, analog clock, etc. Its special display effect for different format adds more vividness to the materials.
· Fully visualized editing procedure: you can preview the final display effect on your computer and make a quick modification if you want. The editing does not interrupt the displaying.
· Auto scheduling: it starts or stops displaying automatically at the time you set in advance.
· Store in advance the content on a PLAYER terminal and set it to display in periodical cycle, it will display at scheduled time.
· Statistics of already published information: it produces precise calculation of time period and frequency of each item that is displayed. Conditioned search is available and statistics can be exported in EXCEL doc.
· Security module of the system ensures that only authorized user can modify the content to be displayed.
Functions of Network Version:
- Support remote control over PLAYER terminals on any computers within the LAN. All the editing can be operated on any EDITOR terminals.
- Unattended operation can be realized at PLAYER terminals, starting displaying when computer is on.
- Intelligent file transfer: auto transfer of the media files to the PLAYER terminals while displaying the content; auto checking if the files have been modified and updating them.
- Remote monitoring of contents displayed in real time terms.
Functions of Advanced Network Version:
- Use an independent computer as the server for controlling accounts. All EDITOR terminals must login the server to start the operation.
- Limited access can be set for each user. After login, users can only publish or cancel the information on the display devices they have access to.
- All the information sent by different users will be saved and displayed alternately if they are set to display at the same time.
- High level users can modify or delete the content sent by other users.
Functions of WEB Version:
- Each PLAYER terminal can be connected into WAN directly. Users can publish information by login the system through WEB browser.
- Support grouping of display devices. Information can be sent directly to the display device of a certain group.
- Support scheduling of display and modification of schedule at any time.
- Support Statistics on the WEB server of all information displayed on different display devices.
- Support access management of multi-users and LOG record of users’ operation.

Seamless Video Module
