
Project Manager will manage his team with target method. He is responsible for quickly delivering any changes in customer’s request to his team member, assigning jobs, coordinating team member’s relationship, making periodic inspection on works done, and giving reports to the leaders in charge. For jobs in design, purchasing, equipment coordination, and field work, a responsibility method will be taken. Inspectors will report directly to the project manager and will be in charge of designing plan, making standard for material reception and inspection, and in case of need, he will participate in inspection on field work..
Project Implementation
Project will be implemented in the way proven to be reliable for success: each team member will be responsible for his own share of the job and provide, in timely manner and in compliance of standard set forth, project graphics and documentation. Field engineer shall make work plan and schedule for the project on basis of the decisions made as a result of coordination between team and customers.
Training and Service
This part of job is very important in the project implementation. We will make specific training and service plan to conform to the different project of our customers so that the best interest of our customers will be served.
